Claire Boyles Business Coach & Trainer

Having worked as a Human Resource Manager successfully supporting line managers in a wide range of departments & businesses Claire set up her own business in 2007 providing consultancy, coaching & training to entrepreneurs & start up companies.

Claire’s background knowledge of business, human resource management, and psychology, gained while working with various multinationals in Dublin, and through studying the Dip HRM and Bsc HRM (Hons) Cipd, combined with her excellent people skills means that she is one of the best coaches in her niche, as her clients regularly tell her and others.  She has created a style of coaching which is totally client centred and specifically sets out to identify the clients’ skills, assets and weaknesses; this empowers clients to transform weaknesses into strengths.  Clients working with Claire have found that having an experienced business coach is what makes all the difference to developing their business.  Strategy & decision making become easier & easier and their own effectiveness as well as the business is vastly improved.

Claire was an early adopter and tapped into the power and value of Social Media Marketing after exploring cost effective ways for her clients to market themselves in early 2009.  She herself has been active in online social interaction since 1996 with online forums & topic focused chat rooms etc.

In May 2010 The University of Ireland, Galway carried out research which shows that Claire is one of the top most tweeted people in Ireland, next to national Tv presenters & radio DJs, and "Jedward" :)

She regularly delivers “Tweeting for Business Success” seminars as well as “Twitter Masterclasses” for entrepreneurs, business owners and marketing managers of corporations.  And has been a guest speaker at a variety of business networks.

Her blog gets regular readers and comments (between 50-300 per post) and is regularly retweeted by businesses in UK,  Ireland, Europe and USA.  One blog post alone was RT 2,000 times within 48 hours and her story was picked up & published in 3 national newspapers as a result.

Claire works with SME’s in various types of businesses & organisations; Wedding Planning, Bubblz! Maths Clowns, Educational Software developers, Authors, Business Consultants, Virtual PA, T Shirt Companies, Comedy Clubs, Tea Specialists, Public Speaking Trainers to name but a few.
